Frequently Asked Questions
For standard enquiries accompanied by a technical drawing, we aim to respond within 24 business hours. Complex multi-component projects or requests requiring compound development may take up to 3 business days. If you need a faster turnaround, please note this in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Yes. We produce pre-production samples and first-article parts as a standard part of our new product introduction process. Sample quantities and associated tooling or NRE costs will be quoted separately. For automotive customers, samples are supplied with a full dimensional report and material certificates aligned to PPAP requirements.
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP (.stp/.step), IGES (.igs/.iges), and common image formats (JPG, PNG). For 3D models, STEP is preferred as it retains full geometry and tolerancing information. If you can only provide a scanned 2D drawing, our engineers can work from that — please include key dimensions and tolerances clearly marked.
Yes. As an IATF 16949 certified supplier, we are experienced in producing PPAP packages to AIAG Level 1 through Level 5. Our standard PPAP submission includes dimensional report, material certifications, process flow, PFMEA, control plan and appearance approval. Customer-specific formats and supplementary documents (e.g. VDA 6.3 process audit results) can be agreed during the quotation phase.
Minimum order quantities depend on part size, compound and tooling configuration. For series production parts with existing tooling, MOQs are typically flexible and discussed on a case-by-case basis. For new tooling projects, we can quote both prototype and series pricing simultaneously so you can plan your supply chain from first sample through to volume production.
