ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Certification confirms that our processes for design, production, inspection and customer communication are structured, documented and subject to ongoing improvement. For procurement managers, it provides an independently verified baseline for supplier qualification — reducing the need for costly on-site audits.

IATF 16949:2016
IATF 16949 is the global automotive industry's quality management standard, developed by the International Automotive Task Force and mandatory for direct suppliers to automotive OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers. Our certification demonstrates full compliance with automotive-specific requirements including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC — enabling us to integrate seamlessly into your automotive supply chain without additional quality development investment on your part.

In-House Testing Capabilities
Our on-site laboratory enables us to verify material and part performance without relying on external testing houses — reducing lead times and maintaining full traceability of test records.
Hardness Testing
Shore A and Shore D durometer measurement per ISO 7619 / ASTM D2240. Incoming compound verification and finished-part acceptance testing. Full lot traceability.
Tensile & Elongation
Tensile strength and elongation at break per ISO 37 / ASTM D412. Used for compound qualification, batch release and first-article testing on structural components.
Compression Set
Compression set measurement per ISO 815 / ASTM D395. Critical for sealing applications — verifies the compound's ability to recover after sustained compressive load at elevated temperature.
Adhesion Testing
Rubber-to-metal bond strength testing per ISO 813 / ASTM D429. Essential for qualification of bonded bushings, engine mounts and all rubber-to-metal assemblies in the product range.
Ageing & Heat Resistance
Accelerated heat ageing per ISO 188 / ASTM D573. Post-ageing hardness and tensile property measurement to verify compound stability over the expected service life of the component.
Dimensional Inspection
CMM and calibrated gauge measurement for critical dimensions per customer drawing. SPC data available for PPAP submissions. All measuring equipment is calibrated to traceable national standards.
How Quality Is Managed End to End
Supplier Control
Approved supplier list maintained. Raw material certificates retained for every batch. Incoming inspection per defined control plan.
Process Control
Cure parameters (time, temperature, pressure) documented and monitored for every production run. Operator instructions issued per validated process.
In-Process Inspection
Dimensional and visual checks at defined intervals. Non-conforming parts segregated immediately. Real-time feedback to operators.
Final Release
100% visual and sampled dimensional inspection before packing. Certificate of conformance issued with each shipment on request.
Corrective Action
8D-based corrective action process for any field or customer complaints. Root cause analysis, containment and permanent corrective action documented and closed.
